In-house rules and manuals are not yet in place, and there are many operations for which there are no examples. You will be required to be able to conduct your work while researching on your own. You are welcome to ask those around you for anything you do not understand or would like to discuss.

5 million yen - 9 million yen
Fixed overtime pay includes 30 hours (*Fixed overtime pay is fixed regardless of whether overtime is worked or not)
