Main business contents

Your main responsibility will be the management and creation of regulations, equipment and facility management, contract management, system management, and operation of shareholder meetings and board of directors meetings. The content of the work will be considered according to your experience, but we welcome those who can not only handle the tasks they are responsible for, but also create their own tasks.

Required skills/conditions

  • University graduate or above

  • Those with 3 or more years of practical experience in general affairs/general affairs

  • Those who have basic PC skills

  • Those who are eager to learn

  • Those who can try new things

  • Those with experience in general affairs at listed companies are welcome.


  • In-house rules and manuals are not yet in place, and there are many operations for which there are no examples. You will be required to be able to conduct your work while conducting your own research. You are welcome to ask those around you for anything you do not understand or would like to discuss.

  • Employees are close to each other and the atmosphere is good.

  • In the future, we would like you to expand your scope of work through job rotation and aim to advance your career so that you can handle the entire management department.

Working hours

9:00-18:00 (1 hour break)


Full five-day work week, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/29 to 1/4), summer vacation (3 days optional from July to September)
126 days off per year


Annual paid leave, menstrual leave, condolence leave, child care leave, nursing care leave, etc.


4 million yen to 7 million yen
Fixed overtime pay includes 30 hours (*Fixed overtime pay is fixed regardless of whether overtime is worked or not)

Salary revision

4 times a year (January, April, July, October)


Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen/month), healthy commuting allowance (5,000 yen/month) (for those commuting on foot or by bicycle)
